The assassin of King Vaskimay leapt on him from deep with in the shadows of his dungeon. The poisoned knife sunk into his chest. His advisors threw back the assassin and slew him but not before the silver ring was placed in the king's heart. The poison made his blood run for hours after his death, coating the ring and hardening a layer of amber blood. The ring was placed upon a pedistal at the king's tomb where it rest for everyday since.
